Your stay at Chembe Eagles Nest is guaranteed to be filled with great memories of spectacular food! We believe, every meal should be a taste experience. Our menu changes on a regular basis, and is sure to be exciting and "different".
Should you wish to have a more "laid back" dinner, speak to us about a barbeque or a traditional South African "potjie". Our outside "braai" area, built into the rock face, is always popular with guests.
Lunches can also be organised on Domwe Island during your snorkelling trips. All our meals are prepared from the beginning with fresh ingredients and exotic flavour which is purely African, ensuring that every meal is a culinary delight for the senses.

Our Restaurant
Our restaurant has been designed with a warm and contemporary feel, carefully designed to enable space yet intimacy. Again like our lounge bar offering panoramic view of our wonderful gardens and Lake Malawi. However, the most important aspect of any restaurant is the quality of food and service, and we are justifiably proud of both.
Our menu is based on the principles of using the high quality raw local ingredients, along with the best of ingredients imported from around the world, freshly cooked and presented by our head chef and his team with care and attention. There is a wide selection to choose from, including fresh fish, char-grills, ala’carte selections and special menus.
